Hello, I would like to express my frustration with Zendesk Support. For whatever reason, your company offers talk as a product but customers like me can't call your support team as that is not available option. I prefer to communicate verbally with a human and not have to type out obnoxious chat or email. When you use the chat the system states that someone will be with me in 15 minutes. Multiple times it has been longer. I was working with Dekbi who was not helpful with my issue and was not timely in her responses. She would email me 1:00 am EST when I was not working.  I was fortunate to work with Bri Fitzgerald who fixed my problem the first time in a scheduled zoom call. Kudos to Bri.

Hi Michael, thanks for this frank feedback (and for the kudos for Bri). We’re continuing to make improvements to our support experience,  and we are exploring the possibility of expanding channel availability, including access to live phone calls for some plan levels.
