Talk API Incremental Export returns 403 : "You do not have Access to this API"

Hello,

 

I'm trying to use the "Incremental Export" feature of the Talk API. We're already using it for the Support API and it works great ! 

 

In the documentation, it is said that the authentication is similar to Support, the user i'm trying to authenticate with has access to the tool in the Agent Dashboard. What am I doing wrong ?

i have the same issue, the "Incremental Export" feature of the Talk API returns 403 : "You do not have Access to this API" . did you find any workaround?

Hey Dave,

It looks like the incremental API is only available to customers on Talk Professional or Enterprise. You may be receiving this error because you're on a lower plan level.

Let me know if that's not the case!
