I am testing the new CSAT and I am unable to get the survey. I have created a trigger (CSAT test) that will be sent

as soon as the ticket is solved for my Test Customer Organization. I get the notification, but when I click the button to take the survey, it says Survey no longer available.

I've deleted the previous updates, as they posted screenshots on that post.
However, the same holds true.
Closed tickets, cannot get CSAT surveys, due to the fact Satisfaction comments and ratings are added to tickets as updates.
Tickets have to be able to be updated, in order for it to work.
