Hi, 

Over the past couple of weeks, we've received about 10 tickets from "customer@example.com" with a specific set of tags and specifically assigned to our customer support manager. The text of the email is as follows:

Hello,
Something dramatic happened and I could really use your help.
Thanks in advance,
Customer

My concern is that these are being submitted via API and that there's a vulnerability somewhere in our system. Has anyone encountered this?

Hi Jeremy,

I'm not sure what's causing this, so I'm going to bring this into a ticket so we can troubleshoot.
