Hi

I'm trying to configure the e-mail sac@bitcointoyou.com at SPF on my cloudflare, but I do not understand what is the correct, please, see the image.

I read the https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203683886-Setting-up-SPF-for-Zendesk-to-send-email-on-behalf-of-your-email-domain but it's no clear.

Is it to include a TXT or SPF?

What I need to write in NAME field?

In content, I will put v=spf1 include:mail.zendesk.com ?all

    Hi Andre!

    Per the info in the last paragraph of the document you linked, you'll want to add 

    v=spf1 include:mail.zendesk.com ?all

    as a TXT record in your DNS settings.

    At the content, but what I need to put on the field name at cloudflare?

    It doesn't worked.

    Hey Andre,

    As far as the field name goes, that may vary depending on your DNS provider. I would recommend reaching out to CloudFlare to find out what they recommend.
