Slack integration - customers creating tickets

Hi everyone.

 

We use Zendesk and have the slack integration in place.
Our Slack has channels shared with some of our costumers and I'm wondering if our customers can create Zendesk tickets from our shared channels.

    Hi Arianna,

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to create tickets from a shared Slack channel - only native(regular) channels.

    however, since there no direct slack integration for creating a ticket through the shared channel you can investigate whether or not this is possible by third-party tools such as Zapier.
