Hello Kasper, I signed up for this EAP. I am already using Sunshine Events and testing the knowledge Capture App, but this seems to be an improvement that would allow you to see more easily user activity and/or link to articles right?
Is it required to have the Agent Workspace enabled or can we try this EAP without it?
