Currently I have views that list tickets with different criteria. When I look at these lists of tickets an "eye" icon shows next to the ticket when someone is either editing or viewing the ticket.
In order to know who is in the ticket I need to open the ticket.
Instead, it would be nice if I could hover with my cursor over the "eye" and see the list of people who are viewing/editing the ticket
