I think a really good feature would be to be able to set the nationality of the AI enhanced writing. So we can use it to respond to our customers which are in the UK.

I agree. We've also noticed that translations aren't totally accurate because there are differences for the same language in several countries. Example: Spanish (in Spain and Mexico). What can be done about it?

I echo the same. We are in the UK and notice that the 'Make more friendly' response seem quite Americanised.
I mentioned on previous post also about the use of 'yard' as opposed to 'garden'.
