Is there planned functionality to have different service sections within the service catalog that you can list services under? I.E. M365 services, Network services, etc..

Currently, Zendesk’s native service catalog does not support creating distinct sections or categories like "M365 services" or "Network services" directly within the catalog interface. However, many teams manage this by using custom ticket fields, tags, or request form types to categorize and filter services, allowing end-users to find relevant services through tailored views or request portals.
That said, we recognize the value of hierarchical or sectional organization for complex service catalogs and this is a common enhancement request.
