Send email via Sendgrid?

Welcome to the Zendesk Community! 

There's not an official integration between Sendgrid and Zendesk, however I did a Google search and it looks like a few folks out there have created solutions. There's a Zapier integration, among others. 

Hopefully some other members of our community will jump in with suggestions or examples of how they've done it, but in the meantime I'd suggest checking out Zapier or looking at some of the other ideas you'll find via a Google search.

Why do you want to do it? Do you want to send all mails via SendGrid, or only a few?

Zapier can solve this pretty easily:

1. Create Zapier webhook
2. Set it up in Zendesk HTTP Target Extension
3. Use HTTP Target Extension in Triggers
4. Pass data to Zapier as JSON
5. Set up Zapier workflow for futher stuff.

Of course Zapier will add a cost, but if you try to SendGrid API directly you might be able to do without that cost. I will try doing it, and if it works -- it will be shared as a tip.

I have just tested, and you can send email via SendGrid without needing any third-party service. I will be posting a tip on this.

@Abdul Qabiz Did you ever end up posting regarding this, we are wanting zendesk sell to mirror our outbound communications that are in send grid without using a third party product.
