Hello!
When I search for a list of tickets within a date range, usually a month, it shows many tickets in the results, but only a small number of users and even fewer or no organizations. All users that write are in an organization and there are certainly more than 11 users spread over the 55 tickets shown in the result.
Any help would be appreciated.
