Search behavior within categories

My company's instance of Zendesk guide has knowledge articles separated into two main categories (candidate and customer). I'm looking for advice on analyzing search behavior within each of these categories. I'd like to pull a list of top search terms for only the "customer" category in either Google Analytics or Zendesk Explore. Any suggestions on how I can pull this information?

Thanks Ifra - Unfortunately this article does not quite answer my question. I'm trying to understand how to develop a report that outlines what keywords were searched while the end-user was in a specific category of the site.

Have you tried looking at the search analytics dashboard? Though I am not sure if it will give you results for the particular category, it gives you a pretty much good report on search keywords used by end-users.

Try giving it a shot if you haven't yet - https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203664476-Analyzing-help-center-search-results

Thanks

Hi Trapta,

Yes, I've checked this report out, but can't seem to figure out how to filter it by the category the end-user was searching in. For reference, here is a link to the site: https://help.checkr.com/hc/en-us. I'm attempting to narrow the report to only include searches conducted from this page: https://help.checkr.com/hc/en-us/categories/202502548-Customers. I'm relatively new to Zendesk. Any advice?

Thanks
