Script to skip answerbot and directly connect with next available agent?

Hi I’m just wondering if there’s a script to allow a user to click on a CTA that bypasses answerbot and directly connects to the next available agent? We’re currently trying to streamline our self-serve process however there are certain changes that need to be done via an agent. We’ll present a ‘chat to an agent to make this change’ CTA, after selecting I’d like it to open the Zendesk widget but skip the answer bot and go straight to an agent. Is this possible? Thanks!
