The 'Satisfaction' tab does not appear in the Explore 'Zendesk Support' dashboard when Beta CSAT is enabled in the Suite Growth tier. I was given a workaround to enable the built in CSAT to see the 'Satisfaction' tab, then copy the dashboard out and disable the built in CSAT, but in the Suite Growth tier you can't copy dashboards.
The 'Satisfaction' tab should appear by default in the Explore 'Zendesk Support' dashboard when the Beta CSAT is enabled to accommodate all Zendesk users, not just those who pay for higher tiers of Zendesk.
