reusing greetings in zendesk voice

Hi all.

We're using zendesk voice and have recording a personalised greeting which has been setup to be used for the Available Agents greeting.

 

We'd like to use the same recording for the Voicemail greeting as well but I don't see how you can do that. 

 

Any ideas if thats possible and if so how I go about doing that?

Hi Andy,

You will need to look at creating a new voicemail greeting with the same recording used for the Agents Available greeting. Once you have loaded it into your Zendesk as a new voicemail greeting, from there you should be able to elect to use it as a voicemail greeting for your Zendesk voice.

- Admin >> Channels >> Voice >> Greetings >> Add greeting.

Once added head over to the Numbers tab and edit the number. Select the greeting tab within the number settings and from the Voicemail drop down menu you should be able to select your newly added voicemail greeting from there. Click save to apply.

This should help you get the ball rolling with using the same recording for a different greeting. :)
