Retrieving closed\solved tickets

How do you retrieve tickets that have been solved or closed (not deleted).   Is there a master log accessible of all of my tickets?  Please advise.  I would like to see all tickets I have submitted to be able to identify a situation in one and retrieve info from it.  Thank you!

Hey Stacy,

You should be able to search for these tickets directly within the agent interface. I would recommend taking a look at our Zendesk Support Search Reference to see the available search terms you can use to pull your tickets.

Additionally, if you're on the team plan or higher you can look at the Advanced Search app which will make this a bit easier. Keep in mind that this is a Zendesk Labs app which isn't supported by us. If you run into any issues you'll need to troubleshoot on your end or reach out to our community members for guidance.
