As I can't find this mentioned in the support pages, does anyone know how long items are stored in the Zendesk system? Is it indefinitely or are they removed after a period?

The support tickets in Zendek, they seem to be called Items.

Thanks for clarifying. Tickets are archived after 120 days, but the data is retained permanently. More information on this here:
