Restricting content blocks by brand

This might seem a bit counter-intuitive to the intention of content blocks, but there is a bit of method to the madness!

I have a content block that says something along the lines of:

"For additional help, please contact our Compliance team at compliance@brandA.com or on [Brand A's telephone number]"

and that's a block that is solely for the brand that is referenced, e.g I don't want the contact details for Brand A being used on Brand B.

At the moment we're setting a naming convention on our content blocks so it is "Brand A: Compliance Contact Details", "Brand B: Compliance Contact Details", but the ability to assign blocks to brands (kind of like ticket forms!) and the ability to filter content blocks on what is available by brand would be really handy to reduce the risk of the wrong blocks being used.
