I have an explore dashboard with filter on Assignee Name. I can select any assignee name or default it to specific assignee name. this report works fine for managers.
I was looking to share this dashboard with Zendesk agents to help them track their own metrics using this dashboard. The key requirement is that assignee name should be hard coded or fixed to logged in user name to make sure that they can not view dashboard data for other users.
Is it possible to achieve this in Zendesk Explore?
the only other option I see is to create a separate dashboard for each Zendesk agent in my organization and then share with them individually.
