@mary12 - looking forward to seeing you tomorrow! FYI one of the end of day networking sessions will be for knowledge managers, and Maddie whom I know you've connected with in the past will be helping to lead that conversation.

ExxonMobil has been implementing Zendesk Support since 2019, and we are working on some of the Zendesk Guide recently.

We are a fast growing startup which is an end-to-end platform to annotate, version, and manage ground truth data for AI.

Hi Nicole, 

As it turns out I have to do my JavaScript exam tonight. Hopefully I'll be able to jump in after finishing the exam. Will (parts of) the sessions be recorded as well?

Hi Ron - 

All of the main stage sessions will be recorded. The breakout rooms - which are the feedback sessions with PMs and user tips - will not. However, we will have more opportunities to participate in breakouts for both feedback and user tips in the future. 

Recordings will be posted to the Zendesk YouTube page, under the "Community" channel in about a week.

Hi,

I am excited to see what this day will bring. I am six months new to Zendesk and can't wait to learn more on improving the customer and/or agent experience. I would love to hear more on Explore and Guide dashboard to track metrics.

@chris21 That url asked me to verify my email, which I did. But now I am waiting for a new url via email and I have yet to receive it.

@reshma11 it sounds like it probably didn't have your email in the registrants list. You should receive an email shortly.

Hey @reshma11. Sorry you're having problems! That email that you're waiting on can take a second once you try to 'Enter Auditorium'. The first time I tried getting in, that email took a few mins.

Hi all - 

Thank you to everyone who attended today and made our first Zendesk Community Day a huge success. 

We do apologize for the challenges some of you had with joining. Hopefully most people were able to eventually get in to the event. We will post the recordings to YouTube soon, and will drop links here when those videos go live. 

You can still go play around with the virtual lobby on Miro, and we look forward to bringing you more great events in 2022. 

If you have any feedback - good or bad - we'd love to hear it, so we can take that into planning our next events! Please feel free to post in the comments here, or if you attended you'll be receiving a survey in email today.

I could not join the meeting last night, it was 13:00-03:00AM my time, and the link in the email was not working for me, so I didn't even bother.
