Regarding Custom Object EAP

Hello,

I am trying to have the new custom objects with my trial version.

but no one is replying to my last ticket.

At least someone should reply.

but no one is replying.

I am working with an organization that wants to become a partner with Zendesk as We are dealing with the data migration process from the different ERP systems to Zendesk.

I am looking to deal with the standard and custom objects in the Zendesk Sales CRM.

I have just registered with the new trial Zendesk account last Friday and did the EAP registration also.

Please enable the custom objects in my trial version so I can proceed further.

Trial version Zendesk url is "sync6400.zendesk.com/".

    Hi Sanket - I do see that you signed up for the EAP today morning. But your instance is enrolled into the Support Team plan. Our eligible plans for the new custom objects EAP are support Enterprise or any Zendesk Support Suite enterprise.. With the Sell Suite that you have, you should already have legacy custom objects enabled.

    Hi Dean.. Zendesk Suite Growth will have access to the new custom objects..  The following plans will have access:

    1. Zendesk Suite Enterprise Plus
    2. Zendesk Suite Enterprise
    3. Zendesk Suite Professional
    4. Zendesk Suite Growth
    5. Zendesk Suite Team
    6. Support Enterprise
