I'm trying to login in my Zendesk support but the system tells me

This page doesn't exist

You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.

 

My colleague hasn't the same problem, he enters without any problem.

Hi Simona,

Can you try navigating to subdomain.zendesk.com/access/logout followed by subdomain.zendesk.com/access/normal and attempt to log in?

You'll replace subdomain with your subdomain of your account.

Hi, I continue to have the same problem.

I create a new user, send the email to change password, the user change the password but the system says "this page does not exist"

 

It's impossible to work as a user :-(

Hi Simona,

If you're trying to set up a profile for a normal end-user, you'll want to ensure that your Help Center is activated for end-users as mentioned here: Activating Help Center

Are you providing them with the {subdomain}.zendesk.com URL for them to log into? 

Let me know if you continue to experience issues and I'll create a ticket on your behalf to troubleshoot further.
