Red "Chat" button is not translated into the Norwegian language

I am working on one of the recent versions of Magento 2 and this button opening Zendesk Contact form.
This button is not translated into the Norwegian language as in NO locale it should be "Chatte" and neither my client nor I can't get the appropriate translation.

Could you help me with this issue or maybe you have an idea why it is translated for other languages like RU, EE, SE but it is not for NO?
