 Good afternoon,

I receive a spam email, I have listed the information below,let me know if you have any questions.  Also, need to know how we should handle this on our end, should it just be delete.

Hi Chandra,

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about this incident of spam hitting your suspended tickets view. I imagine this type of spam is more notable because the sender appears to be leveraging your Zendesk Support domain.

According to our Abuse analysts, the sender is attempting to spoof your email address but they have not compromised your account at all. This appears to be just another phishing attempt, unfortunately, and you should be free to ignore or delete that email.
