Real time ticket tracker for agents

I would like a real time tracker on how many public comments and agents writes per hour in an easy display version within Zendesk for the agents to see ? We have added a tracker in as a Chrome extension and it seems to help with agent productivity.

Does anyone have experience with this ?

 

Tymeshift has a scorecard which is useful, however adding Tymeshift for only this reason seems unreasonable.

Would the community have any insight on this? It would be great to have a live ticket tracker.

I am looking for a system to track the number of tickets an agent solves, not the amount of time they spend in a ticket.

Thank you for the response, and my apologies for sending you a different resolution. For your inquiry, I apologize but we do not have a live tracker for agents solved. As of now the filter we have for real-time tracker is group and brand. (more information here: Overview of the Explore live dashboard
