We prefer to use the rating 1-5 as it's offered on the CSAT template however we would like the option to change the 3-neutral response to a positive instead of a negative. We do not view a neutral rating as negative but understand that some companies or teams may.
Please provide the option to change the outcome or rating category for each response in a 1-5 scale so that users can choose which ones are considered positive vs. negative.

I agree with Brianna,
We would like to use the 1-3 scale with emojis but would not consider a neutral response as negative feedback. The option to change the categories from positive to negative would be a big plus for us as well.
