Random slowness

Hi!

For some reasons, me and some of my colleagues are facing random and important slowness on Zendesk. By slowness, I mean that while writing down an answer to a ticket, the text may take up to 10 seconds to appear (while Zendesk totally freezes), we can't click to move on a specific part of the text (we need to use arrows), we can scroll but it will automatically scroll back where we were, ect.

Note that our browser is up-to-date, and works as expected (when Zendesk is freezing, we can open tabs, browse, ect.). Also, the rest of our apps (Teams, Outlook, and stuff) work correctly. Thereby, we think it's coming from Zendesk itself, but can't figure out why.

Did anyone face this issue and can bring some help please?

Please follow the steps below. If the same issue persisted, please contact support directly for us to investigate further.
 
  • Clear cache and history.
  • Disable any extensions/plugin on the browser.
  • Is the issue happening on a different browser?
  • If the issue presented itself try to add ?noapps at the end of the URL and try again.

Hi,

Thanks for the answer. I already tried to clear my cache and history, also, it seems to be the same behaviour on Opera for one of my colleague (Chromium-based browser). I tried the "?noapps", but nothing changed, it's still slow.

Any other possibilities?

Please, note that we just migrate to a new subdomain and never faced this behaviour on the previous one. Can't it be coming from a specific set up or something?

It will be advisable to contact support directly to investigate further. It can also help if you replicate the issue while gathering HAR files.
