Hi!
For some reasons, me and some of my colleagues are facing random and important slowness on Zendesk. By slowness, I mean that while writing down an answer to a ticket, the text may take up to 10 seconds to appear (while Zendesk totally freezes), we can't click to move on a specific part of the text (we need to use arrows), we can scroll but it will automatically scroll back where we were, ect.
Note that our browser is up-to-date, and works as expected (when Zendesk is freezing, we can open tabs, browse, ect.). Also, the rest of our apps (Teams, Outlook, and stuff) work correctly. Thereby, we think it's coming from Zendesk itself, but can't figure out why.
Did anyone face this issue and can bring some help please?
