Quick Question About CSAT

Hello there,

So my question pertains to a CSAT Project Im currently working on. One of the questions is "How do we make sure the CSAT feedback is for the correct person?"

I read the article and know that you can set certain conditions on who receives the surveys versus who does by tagging certain emails as "Partner" or something similar.

My question is, does removing a users email from the CC's Box automatically make it so that that user doesn't receive a CSAT survey?

For example: If Jebailey@gmail.com is forwarding (CC'ing) us an email from typicalconfusedparent@gmail.com and I were to solve typicalconfusedparent@gmail.com ticket on the same day, would removing Jebailey@gmail.com email from the Zendesk CC'ing box automatically make it so that he doesn't receive a CSAT survey or would I still have have to set a condition + tag him as a partner?

As far as I am aware, only the 'requester' receives the CSAT email. You may want to test this - but I would think that is expected behaviour

Hi Kelvin and Andrew!

I can confirm, per this article, that the only folks to receive a CSAT survey is the ticket requester. So you don't even need to remove your CC'd users. They won't see that survey.
