Queue dropping and calls cutting out

Has anyone experienced the queue cutting out (all calls waiting disappear) and then  anyone who was on call will lose the call that they are on?

This has happened a lot to us, 4 times today already... we have no idea what's causing this or how to stop it.

Has anyone got any advice?

When this kind of thing occurs, it's usually an issue with a firewall setting. We recommend reviewing the following article for troubleshooting steps:

If you have configured everything as stated there and are still seeing the issue, you should contact Zendesk Customer Support, as they will need to troubleshoot your account directly.
