Pulling specific email responses in zendesk

Hi All

I am just wondering if there is a way to see what email address is emailing my support team. We have a campaign and I want to be able to track how many emails come into support from a certain email address.

Hi Eryn,

I'm not sure I fully understand your question. Are you looking to run a report in Explore to show a number of emails received from ____ kind of thing? Can you provide a little more detail and I'll see if I can help?
