Profile picture problem

Hello, 

I am not a user of zendesk per se but I have a problem regarding my profile picture when contacting companies who use zendesk.

Occasionally I contact company support systems by email and get automatic replies which are powered by zendesk which these companies use. The email thread shows the company's current profile picture but also attaches an old profile picture of me which I used to have on my outlook account a long time ago. I have changed this picture many times since on outlook, however the picture seems to have stuck in zendesk. The problem does not occur in other email threads, which successfully attach my new profile pictures, however zendesk does not update this. I would like to remove or change this picture, how do I proceed?

Hello E.S.,

I don't know how those Outlook profile pictures work, but just to be sure; don't you have a gravatar account connected to your email address? That's something that could interfere I guess.
