Problems with Zendesk talk

We are experience problems with not being able to answer calls and when calls are answered they are cut off or the people on the other end can't hear, or it is taking the agent offline.  I checked status on Zendesk and it seems that everything is ok. Is anyone else having any issues. Trying to figure if it may be something with our # maybe.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your calls. Have you had a chance to go through our Talk troubleshooting guide? That should help you narrow down the issue. If you're still not able to resolve it, you may need to submit a ticket so our support team can do detailed troubleshooting with you!

Thank you we were able to trouble shoot and the problems seemed to be resolved for now.  We cleared the cache and that took care of it for the moment.
