Problem configuring Widget in Prestashop with Sunnytoo Panda Theme

I'm desperate since I'm looking to configure Zendesk Widget in Prestashop 1.6 with Sunnytoo Panda Theme ver 1.2.6.

I've paid an external marketing agency to configure my eCommerce store for me, just to find out that I'll have to pay them extra cash forever for every single modification - no matter how tini-tiny it would be.

I jus can't find where should I configure the existing Zendesk module, since I've looking all over the site and apparently it is not installed, but visiting the site (btw, www.elnaranjal.cl) yo could easily find out the Zendesk chat widget is there!

I'm going to cry!!!! Please help!!!

    Hi Dennis,

    Although we cannot help with your specific set up, looking at the code on your site it appears to be on the site index file. 

    If there is no plugin enabled, it is most likely coded in one of the files in the store's theme. Just search the files for the word zopim and you should find the embed script.
