Partners who invest in learning the Zendesk platform and its features tend to win more business. Especially those who have completed our Partner Presales certificate courses and have a thorough understanding of how to pitch and demo Zendesk.

We intend to use this post to provide you all with partner-run demos that have wowed us. 

You may be inspired to upskill yourself after watching the demos or may want to collaborate with the partners who provide these demos. Just reach out directly to them or us (email below) to join forces or learn more.

The first demo in this series has been provided to us by Premium Plus and showcases the new (at the time of this comment) Proactive Messaging feature. The demo wowed us for various reasons:

  • It showcased the value of the feature via multiple use cases (Proactive support, Drive customer engagement, acquisition and retention, and Increase sales and conversion)
  • It demonstrated the end user and admin experience/setup (impact and ease of use)
  • It was a compelling demo and had us ready to use the feature ourselves!
