Pricing for static, non-AI chatbot flows (are FlowBuilder and the AnswerBot AI two seperate things?)

Hey guys,

I'm still doing some research on Zendesk before buying.
We'd like to use it for creating a chatbot flow that eventually leads to a livechat with an agent. That's all, we don't need an AI-powered AnswerBot or anything like that. Just yes/no-questions and an "Enter your name" form, basically. 

Now I'm super confused about the pricing. I originally thought that the FlowBuilder was just integrated in the livechat, with the more advanced AnswerBot AI being an extra option and limited by the amount of "automated answers" (50 for Suite Team). But now I'm unsure if ANY resolution by a bot, including the basic use case I was talking about, counted towards that max. number of answers and if you'll have to pay extra when you exceed that. The wording on the Zendesk page is vague and mixes the terms "AnswerBot", "Chatbot" and "FlowBuilder" up.

So, can someone tell me if using automated, but non-AI chat flows counts towards the automated answers limit/if it involves any risks of producing extra costs?
