Pressing the PGUP key after pasting text into a ticket shifts the whole ticket off the left of the screen

For the past few months my tickets keep shifting off the left of the screen.  Today I figured out the keystrokes that are causing it.  I am able to reproduce the error every time with this sequence:

  1. Open a new ticket and select a customer
  2. Paste in a bunch of text to the ticket comments
  3. Press the PGUP button to go to the top of the text that was just pasted in
  4. The whole ticket shifts left off the screen and all I can see are the comments, can't see the data shown in the left column of the ticket.

I'm using Chrome on a Windows 10 box and both have the latest software updates.  I was told it may be caused by Zendesk apps that I have installed, but I don't have any installed.  They also suggested that I clear the memory cache.  That didn't solve it either.  The suggestion to use a different browser doesn't work either.  I need this to work with Chrome.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I also found the "bunch of text" has to be enough to resize the composition box - drove me crazy. I think it's fixed now though? I couldn't reproduce the behavior. Possibly it was also the Ctrl+End key combo - that's what I recall.
