Is there a way to pre-fill the internal agent form for creating a new ticket via adding text to the url?
Similar to this:

but it needs to be the internal agent form, not the public form.
The following can be done as well to any ticket form, as long as it will be accessed in the Help Center. As for the agents, there's no native option to this but, as a workaround, this option can be done via the creation of triggers or macros. Depending on your use case, you can use API as your channel.
