Possible Zendesk Security Issue

I have 2 accounts: a personal test account, and an account for my company.

The company account was created after my personal account. After creating a widget for my company account, all responses to this widget are being assigned to my personal account.  This seems to be a pretty bad security problem. i.e., the tickets are *not* showing up on my company's account but they are showing up on my personal account. Even though the widget is associated with my company's account.

Did you embed the widget code on your own site? if yes, we suggest that you double-check the code to confirm if the correct code was added. Our Support team can also take a deeper look regarding your account setup, here's how you can contact us

Hi Cheeny, I wrote the website. I can confirm that the widget is from the company's account, but all messages are still being routed to my personal account. I think there is a security issue somewhere.
