Possible Bug: Chrome crashing when editing articles in Help Center

Hi team,

At least one other team member and I have experienced an issue with Google Chrome crashing (completely quits the Chrome app) when editing articles. My colleague switched to Firefox and hasn't had the same problem.

So far, we've seen it happen a few seconds after returning to the article editor after:
1. Inserting images (through the insert image option on the toolbar)
2. Using the code editor
3. Adding a link (through the link option in the toolbar or CMD + k dialog)

I have been tweaking ZD themes, and therefore going in and out of preview mode, just in case that's relevant.

Tech specs:
Chrome version: 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (arm64)
Mac OS version: MacOS Monterey 12.4 (21F79)

Hey Ben,

This is definitely odd behavior so I would actually recommend chatting in with our customer care team from your account with this information you shared.
 
They should be able to dig into your account to see why this issue is occurring. More information on reaching out to our customer care team here. If you can't chat in from your own account then you should be able to go to zendesk.com and chat in from there.
