To be more inline with NPS, please allow us to set the scale between 1-10, this would fit our business needs.

To broaden the scope of the post's question, are there any plans to incorporate additional scales, such as the 1-7 scale (CES) or the 1-10 scale (NPS), into the roadmap?

Incorporating additional questions and introducing more rating questions is on our roadmap.
Apple Leisure Group Vacations needs a 1-10 scale in order to use this product to align with Hyatt and industry standards. In addition, the ability to ask CSAT and NPS questions are required. Please let us know if this is something that can be prioritized.
Our company is unable to use this feature until we are able to ask 2 questions (1 for Customer Experience and 1 for NPS), using the 1-10 scale to align with industry standards and our parent company.
