Permission to manage layouts

@tommy12 Thank you for submitting this feedback! If I may ask a few additional questions to fully understand the pain point:

1. In terms of permissions, do you mean you want the ability for custom agent roles to be able to manage layouts?
2. How fine grained do you imagine these permissions need to be? All custom agents can edit, delete, set as default, set with a contextual workspace?

1. That is correct, I want to give permission to manage the layout to some agents without making them admins.
2. The same as in contextual workspaces - view, add and edit. Also, managing layout could be part of the contextual workspaces permission, either option will work for us.
