- It includes discovery information from the prospect
- It demonstrates how Zendesk can address the prospect's specific pain points
- It provides a high level overview of the Zendesk platform that a non technical buyer would find easy to follow
- It includes a demo that follows a specific use case and sequence (end-user experience, agent experience, and reporting and insights)
- It was NOT a demonstration of how to administer and setup Zendesk
