Payment after Final reminder

Hello
I had problems with my card and my payment didn't go through. I didn't notice it right away. It's been 10 days since the final reminder.
When you try to follow a link from an "Final reminder" email 
"Update payment info" I get an error "Oops, this help center no longer exists"
How can I pay my invoice?
