I have activated the organizations page, but my agent cannot still se any. This is important for the agents to use. Only me who is admin can see it

    Hi @ole16,

    Can you help us understand what you mean by the organizations page? If it's a View, you want to set the permissions at the top of the Edit View to either "all agents" or specify which groups can see it.

    The only other thing I can think of is you have so many views that it has dropped down below the bottom viewable view and they have to click on More Views to see it.
