Hello, I would like a very simple metric of how many tickets were opened in the day and how many resolved, per day in the current month.

Yes! but i would like to know how many tickets were created on the day, and not take the accumulated from the previous days, when they were created per day, example today 10 new tickets were created and 20 solved.

That should be what you are seeing with this recipe.  The tickets created and tickets solved metrics are only counting tickets created or solved on that day.  If you are seeing something different, could you share more details?

On a similar note to this, is it possible to pull only the tickets solved from those created that day? For example, a recipe that shows X tickets were created on Monday and of those X, Y were solved.

From what I can tell, the linked recipe would include tickets that were created earlier, but then solved on that day as well as same day solves.

Thank you!

Hi @Adam Hanna,

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you want to count the number of tickets that were created and solved on the same day. If so, you could create a standard calculated metric with the following formula:

IF DATE_EQUAL([Ticket Created - Date],[Ticket Solved - Date]) THEN [Ticket ID] ENDIF

Then you can slice this by Ticket Created - Date break this down further. If this isn't quite what you're looking for let us know and we'd be happy to take another look!

Best,
