Hi everyone.
How to set up a report in explore, in which to display: the ticket ID, the tag of the special ticket field at the first (!) Execution and the ticket flag "one-touch solved" or not?
Confused about metrics. I could only find a display of the previous values of the special field, but only the first is needed.
