Currently we use a third party application for omnichannel routing (Myplaylist Routing), we use this tool because the native omnichannel routing of zendesk does not automatically assign the tickets only the offer and the agents are the ones who must accept, my question is if this will be possible in the future because it is one of the things that currently do not use the routing that comes out of the box, I would like to know if this is considered.
