Offline form active even when it is not enabled in settings

Hi,

We currently have an issue regarding our web widget (Classic). Activating the help center or the answer bot, we have automatically when agents are online on chat but some departements are offline, the Offline form appears. 

We dont have this enabled because we offer the contact form. 

Is there any correlation with the the help center and the chats?

I can not find any mistake in the script of the web widget on the website and not issues in the settings. 

Any info?

Hi @gerardo11, thanks for raising this up! To check why Offline form is still showing on your customers even though you're using contact form, I'll create a ticket for you so we can investigate further. Thanks!
