Not able to receive tickets in Zendesk account

Hi team, 

I am unable to receive the tickets in zendesk account. Kindly let me know what all info you need from my end.

Hey Adnan,
 
It looks like you have a ticket open with our Customer Care team regarding this issue so they will follow up with you there to see why tickets are not getting created in your account.
